Within Pakistan: Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout unless free delivery is offered.

Any free delivery promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in selected areas of Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
